This is the first wg (weight gain) fanart I've ever done. I didn't even know such a category existed until TheAmericanDream showed me some of his own (check out his DA site for more images of interest!). Admittedly, it's kinda fun to draw. The idea of wg: your favorite characters as big, beautiful women. "What If" drawings are always fun, but this was particularly enjoyable because of the nice, tangible linework and the maintained sexiness of the character. Well, do you think it works? Is the idea interesting? Gucci, this really makes me want to post more fanart...
i know its too fun. hmm, hopefully this one gets noticed, but since its chick fanservice and wg it will give it time! i love the shadow color most, the hair is nice too. highlights are nice. good juicy thighs and a nice little pudge, yeah this is cute. i should post this on at rumiko takahashi forum i was on, i got an apology from them! but still dislike the piece of course, lol. this ones a fav, hope u do more ^_^

wonderful. its great seeing someone who isn't normally into weight gain art try the style out, and better yet, like it.
Many out there just see weight gain as a sick fetish and nothing more, but it seems now we do have those who look upon us and support what we do. you understand its about showing off another form of beauty, one not commonly seen in society as positive due to popular opinion enforced by the media. Its about showing the beauty in the softness and gentleness brought by a bigger fatter body. for that I thank you for the approval of what weight gain artists do, understanding the concepts of the art form, and giving just it a shot too.
whats more, you definetely do have skill at drawing larger women, especially with the "pear" body type you implemented here, you gave shampoo some of the sexiest plump thighs I've ever seen. and whats better is that you don't even have some of the problem areas many wg artists tend to have ,like myself, the most common being an over emphasis on the belly usually. the coloring/lighting/shading is also very well done, its implemented perfectly for a woman of her figure and even is used successfully in terms of detailing her extra weight, such as the fold creases and shadows u used on her belly. and this is astonishing that this is only your first!
I'm a starting wg artist myself, with only a few pics so far ,but it seems that you already have surpassed me in skill.
and to be honest, I would never have known this was a first wg pic, so all in all, great job
I hope to someday see more of this from you

That's something else. When I normally see watercolor, I imagine it being very messy. There must be some secret to controlling it to make it look this good.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
